Hair Loss – The Bane Of Both Men And Women
Hair loss had long been the bane of men, although it can also effect women and in that case, the effects can be even more emotionally devastating. Since ancient times, hair loss has been associated with lack of virility and advancing age, even sinister overtones. The claim that bald men are actually les virile than these with hair is actually patently false, as men experiencing hair loss are actually doing so due to large amounts of testosterone in their bodies. Ironically, the hair loss process often slows down around the age of 50, when most men experience a significant drop in testosterone levels. There are many people looking to make some money off of a man’s fear of losing his...

Understanding The Male Hair Loss Dilemna
Male Hair loss, also known as male pattern baldness, is medically referred to as "Androgenic Alopecia". Male hair loss can affect a person at any time after puberty. The hair usually recedes in a pattern like the letter "M" and the crown hair becomes thinner as age advances. Hair loss is common in both men and women, but a lot more men suffer from hair loss than women. Treatment of male hair loss differs from female hair loss treatment. Propecia is a good example for a male hair loss product that should not be used by women.. If a woman is pregnant Propecia may injure the baby in the womb. Is your hair getting thinner month after month? Are you looking for ways to treat hair loss? If yes, then read the following article. The hair loss remedy mentioned below can prompt hair growth.

We loose around 20- 100 hair strands every day without knowing. Almost everyone is looking for the best hair care treatment either to get silky hair or to get rid of hair loss. Proper hair care treatment can give you thick, lustrous, beautiful and dandruff-free hair.

The growth of hair is governed by hormones that appear after puberty. The male hormone testosterone and female hormone estrogen governs body hair, hair in the armpits, beard, hair on chin etc. Usually when the level of estrogen drops in women signs of hair loss or baldness is seen. Following a proper hair loss remedy can help you to recover your lost hair such as:

•Eating a diet containing adequate amount of nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats etc.

•Drinking plenty of water.

•In order to compensate the copper deficiency, intake carrot juice, lettuce, capsicum and alfalfa. It is a good remedy for hair loss and prevents hair from graying.

•Massaging scalp with warm almond or olive oil can help to stimulate the blood flow in the scalp. This in turn would strengthen hair follicles and prevent hair from falling.

•Avoid applying hair creams, gels and other chemicals in hair as they make them lose the moisture and make them brittle.

•Remove chlorine properly from hair after swimming.

•Make a hair pack by mixing Indian goose berry with egg. Apply it twice a week on hair to make them thick and glossy.

•Hot air and heat makes your hair dry. Always cover your head before going out in sun.

•Blow drying hair dehydrates the adequate moisture and aggravates hair loss. Try to air dry your hair. Stand under the fan and run your fingers gently within the hair making them dry.

•Do not use a brush on wet hair. Use a wide toothed comb instead.

•Stress is one of the major causes for hair loss. Regular yoga and meditation can relieve your worries thus preventing hair from falling.

A number of hair care products are available in the market. Shop around for the best product that can treat your hair right and help you get healthy and lustrous hair.

Hair determines a person’s beauty. It is an important aspect of your overall appearance. Follow the hair loss remedy and eliminate your hair loss upheavals effectively.

Genetic Hair Loss
Although genetic hair loss can seem like a curse, it isn't. It's inherited from one's family and is passed down through the generations. You may experience male pattern baldness at the age of twenty-seven, but your twin brother may not! It's very strange how the gene travels through the family. But the fact remains: it does. Genetic hair loss appears predominately in men, but may also appear in a few select women. This type of hair loss is inherited through the genetics of genes of one's mother. With genetic hair loss the reason for balding is not hair falling out but the body's inability to produce more hair. This is due to the hair follicles going through their normal 25 cycles within a very short time period. This causes the follicles to stop producing hairs much earlier than normal. The reason that this is referred to as pattern baldness is that the balding takes on a distinctive pattern. Men may notice first a receding hair line and then slowly large patches of baldness, as the hair around the crown of the head thins. Normally, the remaining hair can be found on the sides of the head. Females, on the other hand, bald differently with genetic hair loss. A woman's hair will thin progressively all over the scalp. Eventually this will lead to baldness. It appears that even genetic hair loss is in some way influenced by the hormone testosterone. This is because it has been found to be true that men who do not produce testosterone do not experience genetic hair loss. As per the females who experience pattern baldness, most of the women experience thinning hair after menopause. Perhaps this is because their estrogen level has fallen, leaving them more susceptible to the effects of testosterone. It is important to mention...
